My Practice
As you can tell by my practrice areas, I am a Civil Attorney taking care of clients in a variety of ways. I try to be as practical and down-to-earth in my advice as I can which can save everyone time and money in the long run. And the largest way to save time and money is to consult with me before you sign a contract, enter into an agreement for real estate, before you settle with an insurance company, or before you do something that you will regret later which will cost you more time and money. my consult fee is $125.00 for unlimited time and at times, should you hire me, I will include the $125.00 in my intial advanced fee.
I am a virtual attorney. Have laptop, will travel, as I do not have an office. I meet, by appointment, clients and others just about anywhere they would like to meet, from Starbucks or Applebees to the privacy of a closed conference room. I have no staff support and put my stamps on my own envelopes. I like the "informality" of my practice as do my clients.

I do not give legal advice over the phone. I must insist that I meet face to face with any potential client and, for my reasonable $125.00 consultation fee, will give my unlimited time and best advice at that time. Should I be hired to pursue or defend a claim, I absorb the fee into my hourly billing.
